Tour will begin at Seattle Tunnel Partners’ “Milepost 31” project information center located at 211 1st Avenue South in Seattle’s Pioneer Square District
This tour will be limited to 20 attendees due to safety rules the Seattle Tunnel Partners have in place. Priority for a reserved tour spot will be given to current members of NWCCC with one attendee allowed per member.
