Human Factors and Performance in Safety

Join us Tuesday, September 29th at the Phillips 66 Plant Response Center, Ferndale for breakfast and networking from 8am-8:30am, followed by an important in-person program from 8:30am-1:00pm focused on “Human Factors and Performance in Safety”. 

Bring your project managers, superintendents, foremen, and safety professionals for an opportunity to learn from one another and hear directly from the Phillips 66 Ferndale facility, where we will be hosting this program. One of the key highlights of the discussion will be Phillips 66’s outstanding personal and process safety record in 2025, with personal injury rates ranking in the top 10% among industry peers.
