Our Annual Conference is coming up, and we have an outstanding day lined up for you!

The theme for this year is “Success With Today’s Workforce”. Dan McArthur from InsideOut Impact will kick off our day with a discussion on how to make your millennial generation team members successful as the next leaders in your organization.  Cary Clemenson from Matrix Service will discuss the critical role your front-line foremen provide to the success of your project.  Our keynote lunch speaker is John Morikis, Chairman, President, and CEO of The Sherwin-Williams Company. John will provide us insights into how Sherwin-Williams fosters a great culture of attracting, developing, and retaining talent in their organization.

In addition to the speakers, we will host our Contractors’ Showcase to facilitate great networking between our owners and affiliates, conduct a panel discussion with leaders from our membership, and conclude the day with the presentation of the 2017 NWCCC Distinguished Project Awards.

The Annual Conference will be held at the Lynnwood Convention Center from 7:30am-3:00pm on Thursday, November 2nd. Registration is $99 for members, $299 for non-members, and $500 for a table at the Contractors’ Showcase.
